Step Two: Registration and Assessment - Applicants are required to complete Accounting Resources, Inc.'s registration packet, which consists of:
- Application: Information includes education, business references and work history (permanent and flexible).
- Skills Inventory: Details an applicant's specific technical experience by functional specialty.
- Various Assessments: Applicants are administered various assessments to measure their understanding of basic and specific principals and proficiencies.
Step Three: The Employee Interview - A key component of the skills verification process is the candidate interview. Accounting Resources, Inc. personnel are professionals who are highly qualified to review and evaluate the candidate's background.
